Άνοιξη Καλλιτεχνικής δημιουργίας 2019

Παράδοση πλέον θεωρείται για το νηπιαγωγείο μας,  να συμμετέχει στα μαθητικά καλλιτεχνικά δρώμενα της πόλης μας,  με έκθεση εικαστικών δημιουργιών στην εκδήλωση της ΚΕΠΠΕΔΗΧ ΚΑΜ "Άνοιξη Καλλιτεχνικής δημιουργίας"!
Φέτος επιλέξαμε να στείλουμε ένα μήνυμα ευαισθητοποίησης για την κλιματική αλλαγή,  μελετώντας τη ζωή των χελιδονιών με τίτλο
  " Τα χελιδόνια στέλνουν μήνυμα SOS"
Ταυτόχρονα διερευνούμε πώς οι αξίες της ζωής, συμβάλλουν ουσιαστικά στην αειφορία....
Η Έκθεση πραγματοιείται στο χώρο " Πύλη Sabbionara " και θα είναι ανοικτή για το κοινό από την Τετάρτη,  27/3/2019 έως και τις 4/4/2019.

 

Global Action Days 2017-18

Το 1ο Νηπιαγωγείο Μουρνιών, περήφανα παρουσιάζει το σχέδιο δράσης που ανέλαβε και υλοποίησε το Νοέμβριο 2017-18 για τη συμμετοχή του στις Παγκόσμιες Ημέρες Δράσης Οικολογικών Σχολείων που διοργάνωσε η ΕΕΠΦ σε συνεργασία με την FEE  για το διεθνές δίκτυο περιβαλλοντικής εκπαίδευσης "Οικολογικά Σχολεία"!

Διαβάζοντας το βιβλίο Οι έξι κουρούνες, μάθαμε ότι το σκιάχτρο μπορεί να βοηθήσει το γεωργό.... Το πιο σημαντικό όμως μάθημα είναι να βρίσκουμε λύσεις ..."win- win"!☺☺☺☺

 Το σκιάχτρο μας το φτιάξαμε με επαναχρησιμοποίηση υλικών που δεν χρειαζόμασταν πια.... Σας παρουσιάζουμε τον κ. Νεμόκα!

H κυρία Μαγειρένια Κομποστάκη, μαγειρεύει και φέτος το στιφάδο της γης

 Ξεκινήσαμε και φέτος τη διαδικασία κομποστοποίησης, με την κυρία Μαγειρένια Κομποστάκη, να βάζει όλη της τη μαγειρική τέχνη, προκειμένου να "πετύχει" το στιφάδο της γης.
 Ως άψογη μαγείρισσα μας δίνει και πολύτιμες συμβουλές!
Δοκιμάστε το και στο σπίτι! Θα χρειαστείτε τα παρακάτω υλικά, για να φτιάξετε το δικό σας, οργανικό εδαφοβελτιωτικό!

Global action days (9- 15 November ). Day 5:Reducing- Re-using- Recycling and Composting: massive attack against climate change....

In order to succeed, you need partners! We found them in the faces of the children of the 2nd Eco Kindergarten of Chania. They were invited to come by and share some.... of their worms for our compost. In return we gave them some brocoli, to grow in their own vegetable garden...

After, we became cooks,  and gather the ingredients  for the most nutritious "compost stew" Here is the recipe!

By composting, we are  becoming pro active on sustainability in two ways: 

1. we are reducing the amount of domestic waste to be transfered by trucks, (that emit CO2)

2. We are preparing our own organic  fertilizer and soil amendment....

Last, but not least, we started collecting bottle caps in order to reduce the amount of waste and at the same time,  to help a family, buy a wheelchair for their child in need

 Our school's Friends and Families demonstrate  great support in our efforts....

we are soooo thankful for this!!!

Global Action Days For Our Eco 1st Kindergarten of Mournies

As members of the 
ECO SCHOOLS global network we share a common hope:
"Ensure young people have power to be the change for sustainability that our world needs by engaging them in fun, action-orientated and socially responsible learning. The programme’s greatest achievement is arguably the fact that it produces generation after generation of sustainably minded, environmentally conscious people. These individuals will carry the behavioural patterns they uptake under the auspices of Eco-Schools with them through life, in turn teaching the next generation the habits to make a difference.Each school follows a seven step change process and empowers their young people to lead processes and actions wherever they can."

This year action plan  for our global action days (9- 15 November) will be focused on climate change.

("This year the Climate Conference known as COP21 takes place in Paris. The conference is about all governments agreeing to a deal to significantly reduce man-made Climate Change".)
