Συμμετέχουμε στην αποστολή: Δημιουργούμε κώδικες και τους ανταλλάσσουμε με σχολεία της Ευρώπης, αντλώντας έμπνευση από μνημεία του τόπου μας!
Digital postcards around Europe
The idea of this activity is to exchange digital postcards from around Europe between elementary and kindergarten school students. The postcards would be made using the Pixel Art method (drawing a picture in a grid on a graph paper and writing color codes for each row in the grid). Steps of the activity: 1. Children draw a recognizable sight or monument of their town/country in a grid 2. They write codes for each of the colors in picture 3. They send those codes to students in other places/countries 4. Those students use their codes to color an empty grid 5. They get the same picture in their grid, which is also a postcard from a certain country 6. They draw their own sights or monuments, write codes for colors, and send them back to those students The activity is suitable for elementary school students but also for kindergarten students, who have the experience of work with codes and STEM The code week 4 all is from
